Proof
of Forklift Operator Training is REQUIRED BY LAW
in Ontario.
Our Training Professionals are Ministry Approved
and adhere to the strictest standards in our In
House and On Site Training Programs. Classes are
restricted in numbers to allow for sufficient
student contact and attention. A new Mississauga
Training Facility opened in May 2002 to focus
on this increasingly important area of the industry.
A fully equipped Classroom and warehouse allow
us to train operators on the most up-to-date legislation
as well as provide Hands-On Evaluation and Training
to improve their driving skills.

Penalties
Failure to comply with The Occupational Health
and Safety Act could result in a maximum fine
(person) of $25,000 or imprisonment for not longer
than 12 months or both and a maximum fine (corporation)
of $500,000. Failure to comply with the Canada

In
the final analysis there is no such thing as a
“Lift Truck Operator’s License”
but the operator must be qualified as outlined
above. Our instructors are trained and are certified
to instruct lift truck operators such that they
and their companies comply with the above legislation.
We also offer refresher courses to update operators
who are already certified.
